His experience as an owner, franchisor, franchisee, marketing director and general manager have provided him with the insight, understanding, work ethics and capabilities to successfully lead ClickN KIDS, Inc. His business highlights include: Co-Founder of TyRyMow Affiliated Holdings, a California company with many successful business enterprises, such as Money Mailer Gold Coast, a nationally recognized marketing and direct mail franchise and a former partner and Marketing Director of Norman International Inc., an international import, export and manufacturing company. |

| Alan Ray Scalone, Founder, Director and SVP Business Development |

Mr. Scalone brings to the Company 20 years of Fortune 100 corporate tenure as well as 5 years startup venture consulting. Mr. Scalone began his professional career in 1979 as
a software programmer for Honeywell Corporation's Process Control computer division in Phoenix, Arizona developing software systems that control paper mills, oil refineries
and electric utility plants. Mr. Scalone completed his tenure with Honeywell 10 years later as a Senior Systems Engineer for the division's elite global post sales technical
support group. He then took on the task of establishing and managing the hardware and software manufacturing quality assurance departments for Hypercom, Inc. which led to the
successful launch and market penetration of Hypercom's Point of Sale credit card transaction processing product line. After Hypercom, Mr. Scalone accepted a Senior
Engineering position in Motorola's Corporate Applications Engineering department where he designed and developed Motorola's worldwide Intranet communications software
systems. In 1997, Mr. Scalone formed his own consulting company provided business development services to startup corporations developing their business plans, initial
incorporation, securing startup capital and forging strategic alliances for marketing and sales. |

Mr. Highfill was a co-founder and partner of Gold Coast Partners, a nationwide direct marketing/advertising
agency. During his tenure with Gold Coast Partners, Mr. Highfill's contribution was for the expansion of business. Particular focus
was with emphasis toward building client relationships with organizations that could benefit from nationwide marketing campaigns.
Thereafter, Mr. Highfill worked at Amwest Surety Insurance Company focusing on the integration of retail bail bond operations into
the corporate structure and governance of Amwest (NYSE: AMW). Thereafter James applied his skills at Countrywide Home Loans as a
Vice President of Finance and Technology. Specifically, he is tasked with alignment of the company's core competencies to the
mission and vision of Countrywide, and was key to the post merger integration of KB Homes, CCM Futures, Treasury Bank, HomeBanc
and others. Mr. Highfill looks at the use of technology in supporting sales, operations and brings his skills in strategy, finance,
governance and operations to ClickN KIDS. Mr. Highfill holds both Bachelors of Science in Finance, Banking and Management and
Masters of Business Administration degrees. |

In addition to David's expert technology skills, the business acumen he brings to ClickN KIDS includes leading the company that deployed the first-of-its-kind IPTV solution to deliver custom content on demand to consumers and Founder, CEO and CTO of BrokersHelper.com a complete real estate marketing system that provides integrating web and the digital press to allow the agents to automate their entire marketing deployment with ease. |

J. Ron Nelson, Ph.D., consulted with the company during the design and development of ClickN READ Phonics. Dr. Nelson not only authored the reading curriculum, but designed the digital program, ClickN READ Phonics, as well as was given creative control over all aspects of the final delivered product.
Dr. Nelson has a prolific research career that spans 17 years working with our nation's top universities and educators. Dr. Nelson has a national reputation as an effective researcher and received the 2000 Distinguished Initial Career Research Award by the Council for Exceptional Children. He has secured over 14 million dollars of external funding and published more than 100 articles, book chapters, and books that focus on serving children at risk of school failure and research issues. Dr. Nelson has also presented at more than 150 conferences.
Dr. Nelson has extensive training and experience in explicit instructional design principles, applied research methodologies, and risk factor developmental pathways for behavior and learning problems. He has studied the language and reading skills of children with mental health problems (Benner, Nelson, & Epstein, 2002; Nelson, Benner, Lane, & Smith, 2004; Nelson & Roberts, 2000) and identified key learner characteristics that negatively influence the outcomes of literacy interventions (Nelson, Benner, & Gonzalez, 2003). |

As the Vice-President of Client Relations, Steve brings years of experience and contacts in the entertainment and educational fields to Click N Kids. Being the former President of Zen Media Agency, an interactive agency that created On line and Off-line content using CD ROM/DVD ROM in relation to internet & wireless communications. Some of the those clients that Steve and Zen Media worked with were Warner Bros., The WB Network, 20th Century FOX Television, The Rolling Stones, Symantec, PIMS, Cal State Fullerton, NFL Youth Program and more. Steve is a former associate for Ambassador Walter H. Annenberg (TV Guide/Seventeen Magazine) and works for a National Private Banking Group. |

Mr. Johnson brings 25 years of experience managing advertising and intellectual property for companies such as McDonald’s, Mars, and 3DO Games. He has made a wide range of contributions in many areas of marketing including advertising management, brand sponsorship, and trademark licensing deals. Rick has a background negotiating and managing relationships with entertainment companies, professional sports franchises, toy manufactures, and apparel distributors.
Rick also brings experience in software sales and marketing with companies such as Silicon Graphics, eMotion, and 3DO Games where he played an active role marketing three new games for Playstation and PC.
His history of contract negotiation includes deals with Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios, NASCAR, U.S. Women’s Soccer, The Rolling Stones, and Marvel Entertainment.
Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor’s of Science in Broadcast Communications from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. |
