Affiliate Program FAQ

How do I get paid?
ClickN KIDS shall mail payment to Affiliate within ten business days of the end of each calendar month for all sales that occurred during the month. ClickN KIDS shall not be obligated to make any payment of Advertising Fees to Affiliate until it has received payment from the Qualified Customers and the aggregate amount of Advertising Fees due to Affiliate from Qualified sales equals or exceeds fifty dollars. Any earned but unpaid Advertising Fees shall carry over to the next regularly scheduled payment period.

How are sales tracked?
All payment obligations will be based upon tracking and reporting provided by ClickN KIDS. Monthly Sales are calculated exclusive of fraudulently placed orders, returned orders, and discounts or rebates actually granted by ClickN KIDS.

What is the Commission?
ClickN KIDS will pay Affiliate an advertising fee of 20% on the sales for that month.

What if a customer visits 2 affiliate sites?
In the event a customer visits our site from more than one Affiliate site the most recent visit will receive the full commission. However, we do write a 30 day cookie should the customer not purchase on their first visit, the Affiliate will still receive commissions for that customer if they come back and purchase within 30 days of their first visit.

What happens if a customer asks for a refund?
Regardless of the timing of any payment made to Affiliate, ClickN KIDS will charge back any fee paid to Affiliate that specifically relates to (i) products returned within sixty days from the date of purchase; (ii) refunds or credits for purchases made with stolen credit cards (iii) overpayments to Affiliate, duplicate entries or other clear bona-fide errors.

ClickN KIDS shall deduct the amount of the charge back from and offset such amounts against any monies owed to Affiliate. Fraudulent transactions are reversible and not limited to any such time restriction. Refunds are reported in real-time to Affiliate by use of the Affiliate login and viewing the Sales Reports.

How does the Reporting work?
ClickN KIDS shall report actions to Affiliate in real-time via our Affiliate member Area. ClickN KIDS will supply Affiliate with a secure login to access all sales that have occurred. The login area provides Affiliate with downloads of all approved creative, download of email suppression list, and display and download of Excel spreadsheet showing detailed sales reports.

How are Sales Tracked?
ClickN KIDS will track sales made by customers who came to our web site from the Affiliate web site. We will continue to track the sales made to such customers, and to pay you a commission for such sales for 30 days after their initial visit to ClickN KIDS web site as long as our cookies remain in the customer's computer. In the event that a customer visits 2 different affiliate sites ClickN KIDS will pay the most recent cookie.

Are there any restrictions?

We do not allow any Incentivised Traffic.

Also, Affiliate must agree that neither its web site(s) nor any content or technology thereon infringes on any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights; violates any law or regulation; is threatening, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or contains nudity or pornography; contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; is materially false, inaccurate, or misleading; promotes violence; promotes discrimination based upon race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; promotes the use of bulk email or spam; promotes the use of pyramid schemes; or promotes illegal gambling, sports betting or touting.

Where do I get marketing materials?
Our Affiliate login area contains a wide variety and extensive array of online and offline advertising and marketing materials and creative. These materials are available 24/7 by easy website download. Affiliate generated ClickN KIDS advertising and marketing content must be forwarded to ClickN KIDS for final approval prior to distribution. Should advertising or marketing materials be created in a language other than English, a complete and accurate translation of all non-English text used shall be required in order to receive approval for any such materials.

Can Affiliate Market via e-mail? Yes as long as you are always Can-Spam compliant
Affiliate must agree that it is aware of the new rules and regulations defined and set forth in the Can-Spam Act of 2003 and does not and has not engaged in any conduct prohibited by the Can-Spam Act. Affiliate will make all reasonable efforts to scrub their mailing list against ClickN KIDS suppression list prior to sending any e-mail advertisements promoting the ClickN KIDS. ClickN KIDS email suppression list is available for download on the ClickN KIDS Affiliate Program login area.
