Program Terms
No adult, political, or racially insensitive sites. All marketing materials that are not provided by us must be pre-approved. Publishers may not bid on
ClickN KIDS Tradenames or misspellings. Publishers may use the Tradenames in the ad text. Publishers cannot outbid ClickN KIDS on any of our keywords. Publishers cannot use
any of our URL's as a destination or display URL and cannot direct link to any of our URL's. Any search advertising where the ad only mentions ClickN KIDS products, ClickN
READ Phonics and ClickN SPELL or our company name ClickN KIDS, must link directly to a page where our products ClickN READ Phonics and ClickN SPELL are the primary products
featured on that page. Publishers must use proper spelling, capitalization and spacing of our product and company names, ClickN READ Phonics, ClickN SPELL and ClickN KIDS.
Publishers cannot use coupon codes that were not provided to them. Commissions from sales where a unique coupon codes was used will only be credited to the Affiliate that
is authorized to use the coupon. Publishers may not list the percent amount of any coupons in the display ads (Example 5%). General coupon codes are made available
throughout the year and will be emailed out to all Publishers when available. Publishers shall not adopt any names, trademarks, service marks, or domain names that are the
same or similar to, or obtain any URL with, any of our trade names, trademarks and/or domain names. Publishers are prohibited from placing ClickN KIDS offers with any other
network. We participate in multiple affiliate programs. In the event that a customer visits 2 affiliate sites using different networks we will pay the most recent cookie.
Any Affiliate found in violation of our rules risks deactivation.
